We often use the 24-hour clock on the project - which is particularly useful when studying the weather satellite photographs which quote 'Zulu' times - or GMT. Rod Barker was trying to work out how long ago an image was taken. He looked at his watch which read a quarter to ten in the morning. Converted, that came out as: "A quarter to 1700 Zulu." We knew what he meant...
